AGENDA

PANEL DISCUSSION

A Sustainable Makeover for Fashion Supply Chains

Sustainability is a prominent aspect of the modern fashion supply chain. Brands and manufacturers are increasingly adopting sustainable practices to address environmental and ethical concerns.

WORKSHOP

Addressing Sourcing Risks in the Fashion Supply Chain and Strategies for Mitigation

While dealing with global disruptions, fashion businesses need to come up with flexible plans to make sure their supply chain is strong and sustainable in the changed world. The economic slowdown in different countries and interruptions in global production have shown that there are weaknesses in the supply chain that can affect the safety and quality of products.

WORKSHOP

Increasing Speed in Supply Chain while Maintaining the Quality Level

One of the main challenges for the fashion supply chain is to keep balance between speed-to-market and maintain the product quality. Delivery commitment to customers should be followed, however, sometimes peak season doesn’t allow retailers to keep up with the proper inventory level and it’s the manufacturer who suffers. This situation creates a dent in the whole supply chain and quality of both products and processes gets affected significantly.

PANEL DISCUSSION

Ensuring Fashion Supply Chain Success with Unified Commerce

Unified commerce is a modern approach to retail that integrates various sales channels such as physical stores, e-commerce platforms and mobile apps, into a seamless and interconnected experience for customers. It aims to provide consistent and personalised shopping experiences regardless of the channel consumers choose.

WORKSHOP

AI-Powered Buying: Predictive Analytics in Retail

The session will discuss how artificial intelligence and predictive analytics are helping retailers make data-driven decisions in fashion buying, optimising inventory and sales.

WORKSHOP

Winning the Supply Chain Game with Last Mile Delivery

In order to enhance customer satisfaction, the focus of the fashion industry is on streamlining lead times and ensuring prompt shipping services. Remaining attuned to supply chain trends and closely monitoring logistic innovations and last mile delivery are crucial for staying ahead in the dynamic business landscape. Join the session to learn how to win a supply chain game with effective last mile delivery and not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

WORKSHOP

Logistics 4.0: Smart Warehousing Leads to Operational Excellence

With rapidly changing retail landscape, it’s obvious the allied industries also get impacted. Logistics is one of them which is being transformed technologically to pace up with the trend. Industry 4.0 concept is assisting logistics companies in managing ports, warehouse, orders, vendors, inventories and even stores. Automatic equipment such as lifters, robots and loaders/unloaders are something that are entirely human-less and takes considerable lesser time than a human to perform operations.

PANEL DISCUSSION

Transforming Fashion Supply Chain with Digitalisation and AI

Digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI) are transforming how fashion supply chains operate.

WORKSHOP

Improving Supply Chain Transparency Using Blockchain

With customers being more aware and educated, they want to be sure that they are not buying any stuff that has unsustainable and unethical practices involved in it. The customers today have options to scan the tags of the garment to trace back to where and how the garment was manufactured. The brands and manufacturers are using technologies such as blockchain for supply chain transparency leading to increased transparency and responsiveness to a certain situation. This further helps brands in maintaining the trust of the consumers in the brands leading to better customer satisfaction and retention.

WORKSHOP

Role of TIC Services in Revamping Textile Supply Chain

Testing, Inspection and Certification are three aspects that brands/retailers and manufacturers have to look upon for ensuring product quality and compliance processes. The session will highlight how effective TIC services can improve brand image and establish their name in the consumer market.

PANEL DISCUSSION

Mastering Inventory Management in the Fast-Paced Fashion Supply Chain

Effective inventory tracking is the lifeline of any fashion supply chain, while the pitfalls of overstocking or overproduction can make or break success. Join us as we explore these critical aspects in our seminar.
